Prototype. Logins are simulated and all data lives in this browser only. No real security yet — this is for testing the concept before a proper server is built.
Your to-do list and what's coming up, on one page. Switch the plan between week, month and year.

To-do list
Every task and milestone in one place, grouped by category. Milestones are major checkpoints; use the "Deadline" category for submissions and hard dates.
Calendar
Everything with a date in one place — tasks, experiment days and submissions. Give an item a time for a scheduled slot, or leave it as an all-day item.
Experiment log
One row per experiment. Open the set-up to add aim, protocol basis, conditions, scheduled days, results, troubleshooting and conclusions — then export a full Word report.

Notes
Meetings
Log every meeting with a written summary and action plan, so what's agreed doesn't get forgotten. Give it a date and it lands on the calendar and to-do list automatically.
Submissions
Everything you submit — papers, grants, fellowships, abstracts — with where it went and how it turned out. Pick a year to see the whole record.
Performance review
Set an expected number per activity type at the start of a trimester, track actual vs proposed, and add notes per milestone — a snapshot for progress meetings and re-planning. Choose a year, then export it to Word.
Year
Group members
You add each person's labbook and choose which ones you can open. Every student only ever sees their own.
Prototype storage: everything is saved in this browser only, per demo. A real deployment would keep each account's data on a server (e.g. Cloudflare D1) so it follows you across devices and stays private to that account.

Add to calendar
Leave the time empty for an all-day item (it shows at the top of the day). Add a time — e.g. 09:00 for cell culture — to give it a slot.
Add a member
You create the account and its first password. In a real deployment the member would set their own password on first sign-in.
Add submission
Activity types
Rename a type, tick "N/A" to hide it from this labbook's review, or add your own. Built-in types stay linked to their data (a to-do category, the experiment log, or submissions); custom types are tracked manually — type the actual number in yourself each trimester.
Print résumé
Pick a date range, then a clean print-ready page opens — use your browser's Print to save it as PDF or print it for your lab-book.
